​​The Centre for Technology Research & Innovation is a private Research & Innovation SME that currently ranks among the first 3 in EU Research participation in Cyprus. Its mission is to optimally address both European & global market challenges through cutting-edge Research & Innovation activities, beyond state-of-the-art tech solutions and advice, having real impact on society.


CETRI begun operations in Cyprus in the last decade, aiming to host a truly high tech multi-disciplinary group.

Until 2011, its founding partners had attracted more than 45 Million euros of funding for their institutions, participating as coordinators or partners in more than 75 EC & regionally funded projects. The last two years CETRI has presence in London and Athens (with facilities). Soon to open in Helsinki.

CETRI Ltd., has been participating in several projects as a subcontractor or consulting organisations and more recently in 6 EC projects under FP7 as partner. It is quite active both to instruct and help build Horizon2020 proposal and participate in a smaller number of them. Currently CETRI participates in 7 H2020 actions, having helped to build tens of proposals and celebrating success in more than a dozen: in the fields of Factories of the Future (FoF), ICT, Nanotechnology, Materials (NMBP), Energy Efficiency (EE), Health (PHC), Security and Environment.

It has unique expertise to offer on Innovation Management in H2020! As such, leads the efforts in 3 large H2020 projects (more than 5-7 Million each); also giving its services to several others on private contracts.

After 5 years of CETRI building a portfolio of technological expertise and important core partnerships with Industry and Academia, is available for new demanding clients to serve and thus eager for opportunities to help address and solve future challenges.
